Braised tender chunks of beef simmered in red wine and homemade veal stock with mushroom, roasted Yukon gold potato and sweet potato.
Instructions:
Use convection setting if you have it. If you don’t have a convection setting on your oven, that’s totally fine. Your pies may take an additional 5-10 minutes.
From Frozen in Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. Remove paper from top of pie. 3. Place pie on middle rack and bake for 40-50 minutes.
